On behalf of Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS), it is my pleasure to invite you to the 8^th Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS) meeting which will be held with the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (IOA) as supporting organization in Bali, Indonesia from November 8-10, 2024. 

The APOTS is an established and the only platform in the Asia–Pacific region, to exchange the research and discoveries on treating ophthalmic trauma cases. This meeting will mainly focus on “Defying obstacles and Preserving the Eye in the Ophthalmic Trauma”. In addition to the reputed and renowned speakers, we are also looking forward to the ophthalmic – allied health professionals across the world, come and share their experiences. Like every year, our Meeting Committee strives to organize unsurpassed programs, symposium and lectures to satisfy the desire of the participants to acquire notable knowledge, as well as to provide the opportunity for networking.

BALI, is a province of Indonesia and the main tourist destination, for its highly developed arts, including traditional and modern dance, sculpture, painting, metalworking, leather and music. I am sure, the ancient beauty will hang on, in your minds, forever.
