E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Introduction
The Congress Committees would like to thank you for agreeing to present your abstract at the upcoming 8th Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS) Meeting at the Anvaya Beach Resort, Bali, Indonesia. This document is to assist you with planning an effective presentation for the APOTS 2024.
Registration
All free paper presenters must register and pay the applicable fee by September 14, 2024 to be included in the program. No concessionary registration is available. For more information on registration, please check at https://apots2024bali.org/.
E-Poster Guidelines
- Prepare your poster as a single-slide PDF in portrait mode with a 9:16 aspect ratio. Use the provided e-poster template, available for download on the website, which includes the required logos and correct poster dimensions.
- Preferably, use a Sans Serif font and maintain clear text contrast (light fonts on dark backgrounds or vice versa).
- Tables: Use simple, easy-to-read tables with a minimum font size of 10 points.
- Legends: Table legends should appear above the table, and figure legends below.
- Content: Avoid overcrowding. Use clear labels or headings. Include no more than 8 references (Vancouver style), and you may provide a QR code for additional references.
- Images: Ensure permission for all images and patient consent where applicable.
- Disclosure: Declare any financial interests on the poster. Do not use the presentation to promote commercial products.
- Please upload your e-poster slide to the APOTS Congress system at https://apots2024bali.org/ using your login details by October 30, 2024.
Submission
- All files must be submitted by 23:59 (GMT + 8) on October 30, 2024 on the 8th APOTS Meeting website.
- Submission after the deadline will be considered a last-minute withdrawal, affecting the achievement award points for all authors.
